Being a full service HVAC company, our engineers are design and build specialists working on projects in Dunedin, Otago, and throughout the South Island. Davies specialise in the design and installation of large HVAC systems, large multi heat pump systems, ventilation systems and large rooftop heat pump systems for office blocks and large stores. We also specialise in commercial tendering working off consultant plans to suit. Davies are registered for the Design of HVAC systems with all Building Authorities in the South Island. Davies can take care of Design, Installation and Compliance as required for HVAC and Central Heating projects.
When we first started, hot water and steam boilers constituted a large part of our business, and although they are now less popular, Davies can, when required, install and service boilers.
Using a variety of fuels to heat commercial buildings, and institutions such as rest homes, schools, and workshops, we are a preferred provider of maintenance and repairs to Otago’s boiler heating systems.
